+ Project 10:10
Every mission needs a team. These are the people who show up — on the trail, behind the scenes, and in the moments that matter.

Founder & Athlete
Born in Cork, Ireland. In 2014, I packed four suitcases, took my wife and kids, and flew to America with $1,500 to my name. No house. No plan. We slept in a friend's two-car garage and tried to figure out what came next. My son — just a boy — wrote one word on a paper towel and handed it to me: Persevere. I needed that more than he knew. Over the years, I've been blessed — executive roles, non-profit leadership, founding chambers of commerce, working inside Fortune 500 companies. By most measures, success found us. But success and struggle often travel together. The years that built my career also carried real trauma, real stress, and real weight — weight I carried in more ways than one. Over the past few years, I've been doing the harder work: healing. Getting honest. Getting healthy. I've lost over 113 pounds — and counting. Not just physically. I'm rebuilding from the inside out. Project 10:10 is the next chapter. A solo 25K across the wild coast of Achill Island — back to Ireland, back to where it all began — to challenge myself, to give back, and to show that ordinary people can do extraordinary things when they choose to keep moving forward. I'm a Christian, a husband, a father of three, and an Irishman. They call me Irish Dave.
